Section 5339(d)(1) of title 49, United States Code, is amended— by striking and $5,189,891 for the period beginning on October 1, 2015, and ending on October 29, 2015, and inserting and $9,127,049 for the period beginning on October 1, 2015, and ending on November 20, 2015, ; by striking $99,044 for such period and inserting $174,180 for such period ; and by striking $39,617 for such period and inserting $69,672 for such period .
