Section 1002 of the Highway and Transportation Funding Act of 2014 (128 Stat. 1842) is amended— by striking subsection (a)(2) and inserting the following: $61,311,475 for the period beginning on October 1, 2015, and ending on November 20, 2015. ; and in subsection (b)(2) by striking and for the period beginning on October 1, 2015, and ending on October 29, 2015, subject to the limitations on administrative expenses under the heading and inserting Federal Highway Administration and for the period beginning on October 1, 2015, and ending on November 20, 2015, subject to the limitations on administrative expenses for the Federal Highway Administration and Appalachian Regional Commission .
