Section 5311(g)(3) of title 49, United States Code, is amended— by redesignating subparagraphs
(A)through
(D)as subparagraphs
(C)through (F), respectively; by inserting before subparagraph
(C)(as so redesignated) the following: may be provided in cash from non-Government sources other than revenues from providing public transportation services; may be provided from revenues from the sale of advertising and concessions; ; and in subparagraph
(F)(as so redesignated) by inserting , including all operating and capital costs of such service whether or not offset by revenue from such service, after the costs of a private operator for the unsubsidized segment of intercity bus service .
