Section 5302 of title 49, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph (1)(C) by striking landscaping and ; and by adding at the end the following: The term value capture means recovering the increased property value to property located near public transportation resulting from investments in public transportation. The term base-model bus means a heavy-duty public transportation bus manufactured to meet, but not exceed, transit-specific minimum performance criteria developed by the Secretary. .
