Part A of title XXVII of the Public Health Service Act, as restored under section 601(a), is amended by inserting after section 2702 ( 42 U.S.C. 300gg–1 ) the following: A group health plan and a health insurance issuer offering group or individual health insurance coverage may not establish lifetime limits on the dollar value of benefits for any individual. .
