Section 9502(d)(1) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended— by striking October 1, 2015 in the matter preceding subparagraph
(A)and inserting April 1, 2016 , and by striking the semicolon at the end of subparagraph
(A)and inserting or the Airport and Airway Extension Act of 2015; . Section 9502(e)(2) of such Code is amended by striking October 1, 2015 and inserting April 1, 2016 .
