Section 48114 of title 49, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (a)(2) by striking 2015 and inserting 2016 ; and in subsection (c)(2) by striking 2015 and inserting 2016 . The budget authority authorized in this Act, including the amendments made by this Act, shall be deemed to satisfy the requirements of subsections (a)(1)(B) and (a)(2) of section 48114 of title 49, United States Code, for the period beginning on October 1, 2015, and ending on March 31, 2016.
