In this Act: The terms Administration and TSA mean the Transportation Security Administration. The term Administrator means the Administrator of the Transportation Security Administration. The term intelligence community has the meaning given such term in section 3(4) of the National Security Act of 1947 ( 50 U.S.C. 3003(4) ). The term Department means the Department of Homeland Security. The term Secure Flight means the Administration’s watchlist matching program.
