Section 4002(b) of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act ( 42 U.S.C. 300u–11(b) ) is amended— in paragraph (3), by striking $1,250,000,000 and inserting $900,000,000 ; in paragraph (4), by striking $1,500,000,000 and inserting $1,000,000,000 ; and by striking paragraph
(5)and inserting the following: for fiscal year 2022, $1,500,000,000; for fiscal year 2023, $1,000,000,000; for fiscal year 2024, $1,700,000,000; and for fiscal year 2025 and each fiscal year thereafter, $2,000,000,000. .
