The Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Reauthorization Act of 2006 ( Public Law 109–479 ) is amended by striking title VIII (relating to tsunami warning and education). Nothing in this section shall be construed to repeal, or affect in any way, Public Law 109–424 .
