Section 4(b)(3) of the Lake Tahoe Restoration Act ( Public Law 106–506 ; 114 Stat. 2353) is amended by striking basin and inserting Basin . Section 11 of the Lake Tahoe Restoration Act ( Public Law 106–506 ; 114 Stat. 2358) is amended by inserting , Director, or Administrator after Secretary . Paragraph
(c)of Article V of the Tahoe Regional Planning Compact included in the first section of Public Law 96–551 (94 Stat. 3233) is amended by inserting after maintain the regional plan the following: and, in so doing, shall ensure that the regional plan reflects changing economic conditions and the economic effect of regulation on commerce .
