Section 245 of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1255 ) is amended by adding at the end the following: An alien who is eligible to receive an immigrant visa under paragraph
(6)or
(7)of section 203(b) may adjust status pursuant to subsection
(a)and notwithstanding paragraph (2), (7), or
(8)of subsection
(c)and paragraphs (6)(A) and
(7)of section 212(a), if the alien was present in the United States on the date of the enactment of the EB-JOBS Act of 2015 and has been continuously present since that date. .
