Section 5339(d)(1) of title 49, United States Code, is amended— by striking each of fiscal years 2013 and 2014 and $54,553,425 for the period beginning on October 1, 2014, and ending on July 31, 2015, and inserting each of fiscal years 2013 through 2015 and $5,189,891 for the period beginning on October 1, 2015, and ending on October 29, 2015, ; by striking $1,041,096 for such period and inserting $99,044 for such period ; and by striking $416,438 for such period and inserting $39,617 for such period .
