Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Committee on House Administration of the House of Representatives shall prescribe regulations with respect to the constituent services described in section 101(c) of the House of Representatives Administrative Reform Technical Corrections Act ( 2 U.S.C. 5341 ), as amended by section 2 of this Act.
