Section 103(c) is amended by striking the Administration shall consider the assignment and maintenance of safety as the highest priority, and inserting the Administration shall consider the improvement of safety as the highest priority, . Section 1139 is amended— in subsection (a)(1) by striking phone number and inserting telephone number ; in subsection (a)(2) by striking post trauma communication with families and inserting post-trauma communication with families ; and in subsection (j)(2) by striking railroad passenger accident and inserting rail passenger accident .
Section 10909 is amended— in subsection (b), in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking Clean Railroad Act of 2008, and inserting Clean Railroads Act of 2008, ; and in subsection

Section 20162(a)(3) is amended by striking railroad compliance with Federal standards and inserting railroad carrier compliance with Federal standards . Section 20164(a) is amended by striking after enactment of the Railroad Safety Enhancement Act of 2008 and inserting after the enactment of the Rail Safety Improvement Act of 2008 . Section 22106(b) is amended by striking interest thereof and inserting interest thereon . The item for section 24316 in the chapter analysis for chapter 243 is amended by striking to assist families of passengers and inserting to address needs of families of passengers .
