Section 5311(c)(1) of title 49, United States Code, is amended— in subparagraph
(A)by striking for each fiscal year ending before October 1, 2014, and $4,164,384 for the period beginning on October 1, 2014, and ending on July 31, 2015, and inserting for each fiscal year ending before October 1, 2015, and $1,079,235 for the period beginning on October 1, 2015, and ending on December 18, 2015, ; and in subparagraph
(B)by striking for each fiscal year ending before October 1, 2014, and $20,821,918 for the period beginning on October 1, 2014, and ending on July 31, 2015, and inserting for each fiscal year ending before October 1, 2015, and $5,396,175 for the period beginning on October 1, 2015, and ending on December 18, 2015, .
