Section 9503 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended— by striking August 1, 2015 in subsections (b)(6)(B), (c)(1), and (e)(3) and inserting December 19, 2015 , and by striking Highway and Transportation Funding Act of 2015 in subsections (c)(1) and (e)(3) and inserting . Highway and Transportation Funding Act of 2015, Part II Section 9504 of such Code is amended— by striking Highway and Transportation Funding Act of 2015 each place it appears in subsection (b)(2) and inserting , and Highway and Transportation Funding Act of 2015, Part II by striking August 1, 2015 in subsection (d)(2) and inserting December 19, 2015 .
Section 9508(e)(2) of such Code is amended by striking August 1, 2015 and inserting December 19, 2015 .
