The Nonrecurring expenses fund established in section 223 of division G of Public Law 110–161 is terminated, the amount of expired discretionary funds available for reappropriation by transfer into such Fund under such section is reduced to $0, and the unobligated balance of amounts available in such Fund is rescinded. Section 223 of division G of Public Law 110–161 is repealed. Subsections
(a)and
(b)shall take effect on October 1, 2015.
