Section 3679(c)(2)(B) of title 38, United States Code, is amended by striking or 3319 of this title and all that follows and inserting of this title or to whom educational assistance is transferred under section 3319 of this title. . The amendment made by subsection
(a)shall apply with respect to a course, semester, or term that begins after July 1, 2016.
