None of the funds made available in this Act or transferred to the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection pursuant to section 1017 of Public Law 111–203 may be used to restrict pre-dispute arbitration (as described under section 1028 of Public Law 111–203 ) until the requirements regarding pre-dispute arbitration in the report accompanying this Act under the heading are fulfilled.
