Sec. 441. Report on desalinization technology

Not later than 90 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of the Navy shall submit to Congress a report on desalinization technology’s application for defense and national security purposes to provide drought relief to areas impacted by sharp declines in water supply.
