Section 558(b)(1) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 ( Public Law 112–81 ; 10 U.S.C. 2015 note) is amended by striking not less than three and inserting the MOS 31B Military Police, MOS 15Q AC–Air Traffic Controller, and MOS 12M Fire Protection military occupational specialties and not fewer than three and not more than five additional .
