(4)of section 51(c) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended to read as follows: The term wages shall not include any amount paid or incurred to any individual who— is not a qualified veteran, and begins work for the employer after December 31, 2014. . The amendment made by subsection
(a)applies to individuals who begin work for the employer after December 31, 2014.
