There is established the Reemployment NOW program to be carried out by the Secretary of Labor in accordance with this part in order to facilitate the reemployment of individuals who are receiving emergency unemployment compensation under title IV of the Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2008 ( Public Law 110–252 ; 26 U.S.C. 3304 note) (hereafter in this part referred to as EUC claimants ). There are authorized to be appropriated $4,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2015 to carry out the Reemployment NOW program under this part.
