None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to reduce the end strength levels for the Army National Guard of the United States below the levels specified for the Army National Guard of the United States in subtitle B of title IV of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2015 ( Public Law 113–291 ): Provided , That this section shall continue in effect through the date of enactment of the National Defense Authorization Act for fiscal year 2016.
