Sections 302(c) and 303 of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 ( 43 U.S.C. 1732(c) , 1733) shall apply to activities conducted on covered land under this subtitle. Nothing in this subtitle reduces or limits the enforcement authority vested in the Secretary or the Attorney General by any other law.
