Section 224 of the Protecting Access to Medicare Act of 2014 ( 42 U.S.C. 290aa note) is amended— in subsection (e), by striking and 2018 and inserting 2018, 2019, and 2020 ; and in subsection (g)— in paragraph (1), by striking 2018 and inserting 2020 ; in paragraph (2)— by striking $15,000,000 and inserting $20,000,000 ; and by striking 2018 and inserting 2020 ; and by adding at the end the following: Of the funds made available to carry out this section for a fiscal year, the Secretary shall allocate— 20 percent of such funds for existing assisted outpatient treatment programs; and 80 percent of such funds for new assisted outpatient treatment programs. .
