Section 506H of the National Security Act of 1947 ( 50 U.S.C. 3104 ) is amended— by striking subsection (a); and by redesignating subsections
(b)and
(c)as subsections
(a)and (b), respectively. Section 2001(g) of the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004 ( Public Law 108–458 ; 118 Stat. 3700; 28 U.S.C. 532 note) is amended by striking paragraphs
(3)and (4). Section 102A(u) of the National Security Act of 1947 ( 50 U.S.C. 3024 ) is amended— by striking
(1)The Director and inserting The Director ; and by striking paragraph (2). Subsection
(a)of section 507 of such Act ( 50 U.S.C. 3106(a) ) is amended— by striking paragraph (5); and by redesignating paragraph
(6)as paragraph (5). Subsection (c)(1) of such section 507 is amended by striking subsection (a)(1) and inserting subsection
(a).
