The Department of Commerce, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, the National Science Foundation, and the Office of Science and Technology Policy shall provide a monthly report to the Committees on Appropriations of the House of Representatives and the Senate on any official travel to China by any employee of such Department or agency, including the purpose of such travel.
