Section 127 of title 23, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following: No limit or other prohibition under this section, except as provided in this subsection, applies to a longer combination vehicle operating on a segment of the Interstate System in the State of Idaho if such vehicle— has a gross vehicle weight of 129,000 pounds or less; complies with the single axle, tandem axle, and bridge formula limits set forth in subsection (a); and is authorized to operate on such segment under Idaho State Law. .
