Section 521(b)(6)(A) is amended by— striking and willfully ; striking the second or ; inserting or order after regulation ; inserting , or an imminent hazard out-of-service order issued under this section after those provisions ; striking to a fine not to exceed $25,000 and inserting to a fine as set forth in section 3571 of title 18 ; striking , except that, if and inserting . If ; and striking to a fine not to exceed $2,500 and inserting to a fine as set forth in section 3571 of title 18 or imprisonment for a term not to exceed one year, or both .
