Section 559 of division F of Public Law 113–76 is amended as follows: Subsection (f)(2)(B) is amended by adding at the end: Such transfer shall not be required for personal property, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment. ; and Subsection (e)(3)(b) is amended by inserting after payment of overtime the following: and the salaries, training and benefits of individuals employed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection to support U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers in performing law enforcement functions at ports of entry, including primary and secondary processing of passengers .
Section 560(g) of division D of Public Law 113–6 is amended by inserting after payment of overtime the following: and the salaries, training and benefits of individuals employed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection to support U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers in performing law enforcement functions at ports of entry, including primary and secondary processing of passengers . The Commissioner of United States Customs and Border Protection may modify a reimbursable fee agreement in effect as of the date of enactment of this Act to include costs specified in this section.
