Section 503(c)(3) of title 23, United States Code, is amended— in subparagraph
(C)by striking 2013 through 2014 and inserting 2016 through 2020 ; and by adding at the end the following: Not less frequently than annually, the Secretary shall issue and make available to the public on an Internet website a report on the cost and benefits from deployment of new technology and innovations that substantially and directly resulted from the program established under this paragraph. The report under clause
(i)may include an analysis of— Federal, State, and local cost savings; project delivery time improvements; reduced fatalities; and congestion impacts. .
