Sec. 5515. Study on commercial motor vehicle driver commuting

The Administrator of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration shall conduct a study on the safety effects of motor carrier operator commutes exceeding 150 minutes. Not later than 18 months after the date of enactment of this Act, the Administrator shall submit to Congress a report containing the findings under the study.
