Section 9503 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended— by striking December 5, 2015 in subsections (b)(6)(B), (c)(1), and (e)(3) and inserting October 1, 2020 , and by striking Surface Transportation Extension Act of 2015, Part II in subsections (c)(1) and (e)(3) and inserting . FAST Act Section 9504 of such Code is amended— by striking Surface Transportation Extension Act of 2015, Part II each place it appears in subsection (b)(2) and inserting , and FAST Act by striking December 5, 2015 in subsection (d)(2) and inserting October 1, 2020 . Section 9508(e)(2) of such Code is amended by striking December 5, 2015 and inserting October 1, 2020 .
