Section 1317 of MAP–21 ( 23 U.S.C. 109 note; Public Law 112–141 ) is amended— in paragraph (1)(A) by inserting (as adjusted annually by the Secretary to reflect any increases in the Consumer Price Index prepared by the Department of Labor) after $5,000,000 ; and in paragraph (1)(B) by inserting (as adjusted annually by the Secretary to reflect any increases in the Consumer Price Index prepared by the Department of Labor) after $30,000,000 . The first adjustment made pursuant to the amendments made by subsection
(a)shall— be carried out not later than 60 days after the date of enactment of this Act; and reflect the increase in the Consumer Price Index since July 1, 2012.
