Section 1139 of title 49, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (a)(1), by striking phone number and inserting telephone number ; in subsection (a)(2), by striking post trauma communication with families and inserting post-trauma communication with families ; and in subsection (j), by striking railroad passenger accident each place it appears and inserting rail passenger accident .
