Section 24302 of title 49, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (a)(1)— by striking 9 directors and inserting 10 directors ; in subparagraph
(B)by inserting , who shall serve as a nonvoting member of the Board after Amtrak ; and in subparagraph
(C)by striking 7 and inserting 8 ; and in subsection (e), by inserting who are eligible to vote after serving .
