Section 135 of title 23, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (a)(2), by striking and bicycle transportation facilities and inserting , bicycle transportation facilities, intermodal facilities that support intercity transportation, including intercity buses and intercity bus facilities, and commuter vanpool providers ; in subsection (d)— in paragraph (1)— in subparagraph (G), by striking and at the end; in subparagraph (H), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: improve the resilience and reliability of the transportation system. ; and in paragraph (2)(A), by striking and in section 5301(c) of title 49 and inserting and the general purposes described in section 5301 of title 49 ; in subsection (e)(1), by striking subsection

(l); in subsection (f)— in paragraph (2)(B)(i), by striking subsection
