Section 32934(b)(1) of MAP–21 ( 49 U.S.C. 31136 note) is amended by striking from and all that follows through the period at end and inserting the following: from— a requirement described in subsection
(a)or a compatible State requirement; or any other minimum standard provided by a State relating to the operation of that vehicle. .
