A driver of a ready mixed concrete mixer truck is exempt from section 3(a)(3)(ii) of part 395 of title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, if the driver is in compliance with clauses (i), (iii), (iv), and
(v)of subsection (e)(1) of section 1 of part 395 of such title (regarding the 100 air-mile logging exemption).
