Section 2(b)(1) of the Export-Import Bank Act of 1945 ( 12 U.S.C. 635(b)(1) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: Not later than 2 years after the date of the enactment of the Export-Import Bank Reform and Reauthorization Act of 2015 , the Bank shall implement policies— to accept electronic documents with respect to transactions whenever possible, including copies of bills of lading, certifications, and compliance documents, in such manner so as not to undermine any potential civil or criminal enforcement related to the transactions; and to accept electronic payments in all of its programs. .
