Title 23, United States Code, is amended as follows: Section 402 is amended— in subsection (b)(1)— in subparagraph
(C)by striking paragraph
(3)and inserting paragraph
(2); and in subparagraph (E)— by striking in which and inserting for which ; and by striking under subsection
(f)and inserting under subsection
(k); and in subsection (k)(5), as redesignated by this Act, by striking under paragraph (2)(A) and inserting under paragraph (3)(A) . Section 403(e) is amended by striking chapter 301 and inserting chapter 301 of title 49 . Section 405 is amended— in subsection (d)— in paragraph
