Section 111 of the Federal Oil and Gas Royalty Management Act of 1982 ( 30 U.S.C. 1721 ) is amended— by striking subsections
(h)and (i); by redesignating subsections
(j)through
(l)as subsections
(h)through (j), respectively; and in subsection
(h)(as so redesignated), by striking the fourth sentence.
