Section 9503 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended— by striking November 21, 2015 in subsections (b)(6)(B), (c)(1), and (e)(3) and inserting October 1, 2021 , and by striking Surface Transportation Extension Act of 2015 in subsections (c)(1) and (e)(3) and inserting . Surface Transportation Reauthorization and Reform Act of 2015 Section 9504 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended— by striking Surface Transportation Extension Act of 2015 each place it appears in subsection (b)(2) and inserting , and Surface Transportation Reauthorization and Reform Act of 2015 by striking November 21, 2015 in subsection (d)(2) and inserting October 1, 2021 .
Section 9508(e)(2) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended by striking November 21, 2015 and inserting October 1, 2021 . The amendments made by this section shall take effect on November 21, 2015.
