Section 1317 of MAP–21 ( 23 U.S.C. 109 note) is amended— in paragraph (1)(A) by inserting (as adjusted annually by the Secretary to reflect any increases in the Consumer Price Index prepared by the Department of Labor) after $5,000,000 ; and in paragraph (1)(B) by inserting (as adjusted annually by the Secretary to reflect any increases in the Consumer Price Index prepared by the Department of Labor) after $30,000,000 . The first adjustment made pursuant to the amendments made by subsection
(a)shall— be carried out not later than 60 days after the date of enactment of this Act; and reflect the increase in the Consumer Price Index since July 1, 2012.
