Section 138 of title 23, United States Code, as amended by this Act, is further amended by adding at the end the following: The requirements of this section are commonly referred to as section 4(f) requirements (see section 4(f) of the Department of Transportation Act ( Public Law 89–670 ; 80 Stat. 934) as in effect before the repeal of that section). The requirements of section 306108 of title 54 are commonly referred to as section 106 requirements (see section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966 ( Public Law 89–665 ; 80 Stat. 915) as in effect before the repeal of that section). .
