Section 143(b) of title 23, United States Code, is amended— by striking paragraph (2)(A) and inserting the following: From administrative funds made available under section 104(a), the Secretary may deduct such sums as are necessary, not to exceed $6,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2016 through 2021, to carry out this section. ; in the heading for paragraph
(8)by inserting after block grant ; and surface transportation in paragraph
(9)by inserting , the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Representatives, and the Committee on Environment and Public Works of the Senate after the Secretary .
