None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to pay the salary of any employee of the Department of Veterans Affairs who is a member of an Amputee Clinic Team (as described in VHA Handbook 1173.3, Amputee Clinic Teams and Artificial Limbs , dated June 4, 2004) and who is not credentialed in accordance with VHA Directive 2012–030, Credentialing of Health Care Professionals , issued on October 11, 2012.
