Unobligated balances available from appropriations are hereby rescinded from the following accounts of the Department of Energy in the specified amounts: Energy Programs—Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy , $1,355,149.00 from Public Law 110–161 ; $627,299.24 from Public Law 111–8 ; and $1,824,051.94 from Public Law 111–85 . Energy Programs—Science , $3,200,000.00. No amounts may be rescinded by this section from amounts that were designated by the Congress as an emergency requirement pursuant to a concurrent resolution on the budget or the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985.
